Thanks Rob..! Yeah, that feels nice. I'm actually glad summer is over and things can get back to normal....my ability to spend time here on the site has been limited for a couple months. However, I've cooked up some new song ideas that I'm anxious to begin work on. I've been doing quite a bit of woodshedding on my fingerstyle material for the holidays coming up. Nancy and I have some performances to do between now and the end of the year. So, back to work....thank God for music...yes?
Look out. Mrs B has a Ukulele coming. lol

Very clean (and rather rockin' too). Nice job! I'm not familiar with the X5D. I've got the X50.

@ Rob....Thank you my California compadre! It's always good to read your kind words. The X5D Korg keyboard is a favorite of mine....Packed with phenomenal sounds!! I've had it for about 15 years. I don't think I could ever outgrow it.

Richard, thanks for taking time to listen to Abandon! That song wrote itself...It started with just a drum sequence I liked and I had no clue what would happen from moment to moment ! I guess that's the joy of music....it has a life all it's own....amen ....

Bill, nice to hear from you bro..! I like the descriptor you used... "fluid"..! That has long been my wish as a guitarist. Ever since I first heard Allan Holdsworth on a Jean Luc Ponty album in 1977 and was just floored by HIS fluidity.....sadly, though I sought that road...I never even got in the same neighborhood with him....but as long as I'm breathin...I'm a still tryin !!
Put you under Discover Members hon. Enjoy!

Thanks Bill and Ingrid. This is the kind of music I really enjoy making. In fact, I've got some midi bass pedals on order, so I can expand the one-man-band experience.

Fun Rob! I had to look up Helix Aspera, Helix Pomatia... I'm always curious :) http://www.snail-world.com/garden-snail/

Thanks, Ingrid. Glad you enjoyed it. I had to put some scientific names in there, as the song that inspired this (Don't Kill the Whale) did the same thing.

Awesome! You have the perfect prog rock vocal. Cool track. Never was a fan of escargot, myself. :)
Congratulations Bill. :)
